I like the idea of using the pocket whiteboard as a routine task checklist. For example, a routine end of the week task list could look like;
- weekly task review
- weekly performance review
- weekly
- cash flow review
- etc
Set this out on a 3 x 5 index card as in the video, and I have a reuseable checklist to use every friday.
